We offer the same fresh flowers and growers fresh flower as other florists, but at much lower prices. To understand how we save you money, you first need to
understand how the flower business works. Anytime you order flowers for delivery
outside of your local area, the florist uses a floral network such as FTD or
Teleflora to relay your order to another florist in the location you want it
delivered. This florist creates your flower arrangement, flower bouquet or plant
and delivers it, and then charges a reduced price to the florist who took the
order. The problem is that the florist taking your order does not make enough
profit from this, so they charge you an extra fee. They call it a "delivery
fee", "wire fee", "service fee", or "surcharge" and most of the time don't even
tell you about it until right before you pay for the order.
We at FloralLove.com send out the flowers order same way as other florists
(using online florists network) but we don't charge you much on delivery fee and
in some countries we have free delivery because we deliver a high volume of
flower orders a day due to which we are capable of keeping cheap flower prices

| What is “Monday Winner”? |
The Monday winner is a program made to facilitate our website customers. Once in every week i.e. Monday, they have an option to win an order absolutely free!!! YES! The customer whose order will be placed first on our website for flowers delivery to any country available on our site will get a chance to win this reward and he/she shall not be charged and the money will be refunded after successful delivery.
This is not enough we will put the customer’s picture on our website and declare him/her as a ‘Monday Winner’.

a) The customer has to choose the product from a list of products specifically made for this scheme called "Monday Winner Products”.
b) The customer who has been declared as Monday winner will be eligible to participate again only after 60 days from the date of winner declaration, though he/she will be able to buy products anytime but won’t have the chance to win for the next 60 days from the date of winner declaration.
c) The winner’s credit card won’t be charged and the money will be refunded to the winner.
d) The delivery should be only for Monday to become winner. The customer will be charged for any other day deliveries as displayed on the website.
e) Only one product will be delivered completely free for a winner customer. If customer chooses another product for Monday delivery will be charged as displayed on the website.
f) We would require one photograph of the winner customer to display on our website ( This will be put up on customer’s consent ).
g) FL Floristry - www.FloralLove.com has complete rights to discard and/or choose the winner on their decision. The scheme is based on first come first serve basis.

We will send you an email confirmation including all the information you have submitted on your order. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

| Delivery Policy |
We will do everything possible to accommodate a delivery at the time you have requested, such as morning, afternoon or evening delivery. Our delivery time is between 7AM to 10PM.
If you order by 1:00 pm, we could deliver the flowers the same day, any day you have requested in your order. When orders are received after 1:00 pm, we will do our best to get your order prepared and delivered that day, but if we could not, we will deliver the following day. FloralLove is authorized to charge extra amount on your account for your order upto USD 10.00 if the shipping area is too far from closest florist or if any product substitution occurs. For this FloralLove will inform you in advance before delivering your order.
On special days such as January 1, Valentine, March 8, April 30, Mother's Day, Father's Day, September 2, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Vietnamese New Year (Tet), ... please order at least 72 hours ahead to guarantee the best flowers. Also, we may deliver 24-48 hours before these days because the recipients tend to travel out of town.
FL Floristry - www.FloralLove.com has complete rights to discard the order depending upon unavoidable situation.
For courier (next Day) & Same day deliveries:
* Please note in the event of receiver unavailable the delivery team will leave the flowers or gifts with the neighbour, please make sure to provide us the date when receiver is available at the destination.
* Recepient's contact number is a must, this will help us to locate the address and avoid non deliveries
* Please place the order before 1:00 pm according to your country time zone for same day or next day courier product deliveries.
Tax free delivery:
* Your orders are completely tax free.
* There is no hidden charges for any gift or flower delivery except the shipping/delivery fee.
Please Note:
All order cancellations must be received at least 12 hours prior to the estimated delivery time. Please E-MAIL us at "sales at FloralLove dot com" as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
